Does the clothing run true to size?
Yes, our clothing is unisex and fits true to size. If we ever have an item that is sized differently (i.e. baggy, women's sizing, etc.) we will designate that in the product description.
What are typical shipping times?
We are based in Northern Colorado and ship domestically via USPS. Exact transit times will vary depending on where you live. In addition, holidays and extreme weather can also delay your orders. Delivery will typically take 2-8 days from when you place your order.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a USPS tracking code via email once your order has been processed.
If for some reason you have not received an email regarding your order within 24 hours of purchasing, feel free to contact us directly at support@makeroomapparel.com and we will update you on the status of your order.
Do you ship internationally?
At this current point in time, Make Room Apparel does not offer international shipping.
How do I make a return?
All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase in order to receive a full refund.
Send an email to support@makeroomapparel.com if you would like to make a return, and we will provide you with instructions for shipping your return to us. Your satisfaction is our #1 priority, and we will do our best to make justice of the situation whether that means a full refund or another apparel item sent to your front door.
Discounted items are not eligible for return, however we may be able to issue you store credits depending on your situation.
What does Fair Trade Certified mean?
When a business creates products that earn a Fair Trade Certification, it means that the product is manufactured in a work place that establishes:
-Safety of the work environment
-Sustainable Livelihood (i.e. no indentured labor)
-Environmental Protection.
The apparel industry is made up PRIMARILY of businesses that exploit indentured sweatshop workers in economically poor countries to produce the materials for their clothing. Fair Trade Certification works to eliminate underpaid and dangerous sweatshop labor, as well as to support businesses that put resources and effort into environmentally-protective manufacturing practices.
